Education empowers men and women in remote communities.  Most people do not have access to information that we take for granted.  We can make a significant difference by teaching basic healthcare principles. 

This enables communities to better care for their own people.  Their efforts are muliplied by teaching their children and local community members to carry on the practices they learn.

Promoting safe healthcare practices not only saves lives, it improves the standard and quality of living for the under-privileged.
